Hyderabad, India was setup in
August 2003 for manufacturing high quality Polypropylene Plastic
Strapping for semi and fully automatic chuted box strapping
machines. 4C Consultants has an agreement
with ITW India Limited as an Outsourced Manufacturing Partner (OMP), wherein 4C Consultants
manufacture and supply machine grade Polypropylene Plastic
Strapping for semi and fully automatic arched box strapping
machines to ITW and it's distributors. Currently the
entire production of 4C Consultants is marketed through ITW
India Limited. 4C Consultants is a pioneer in bringing
world class, affordable CAD, CAM, GIS and CRM software to Indian
markets and offers services in web enabling small business.
4C Packs Private Limited is headed by
Ravi Kumar Chava, a qualified Plastic Technologist with over
18 years of experience in plastics processing. He has extensive
work experience on blown film extrusion and strapping
manufacture. Having worked with an MNC for over 4 years from
1990 to 1994, Ravi Kumar Chava is well experienced in all the
functional aspects of steering 4C Packs on its path to success
through inputs on technology, quality systems and operational
efficiency. Ravi Kumar Chava is well supported by his team which handles all the
production, administrative, finance and
customer relations.
The focus of 4C Packs
Private Limited is to manufacture machine grade Plastic
Strapping to work consistently on high speed fully automatic chuted
box strapping machines. 4C Packs Private Limited has a continuous
process improvement programme for enhancement in quality and cost
effectiveness. Polypropylene plastic strap
is manufactured at 4C Packs Private Limited using the best of the
technology, resources and quality standards to obtain consistent
quality to ensure reliable performance on the intended box strapping
machine. High tensile strength, good elongation, excellent recovery,
low camber, low curl and curvature are consistently achieved through
stringent manufacturing process and innovative approach for evolving
better standards.
